Our business is structured across four key divisions:1) Tour Division (DMC)・A luxury Virtuoso DMC based in Tokyo, specializing in fully tailor-made itineraries and comprehensive land arrangements for both individual and group travelers.
・Our FIT team caters to HNW and UHNW travelers, with future plans to expand into dedicated teams for North America, Europe, and LATAM.
2) Experience Division
・Offering over 300 tours and activities nationwide, available through our website and major OTAs.
・Targeting the mass market while partnering with local suppliers across Japan.
3) Consulting Division
・Working with the Japan Tourism Agency, local municipalities, and private enterprises to revitalize regional areas through inbound tourism.
・Expanding a vast local network, which serves as a valuable asset for our DMC business.
4) Okinawa Division
・LUXE OKINAWA, our dedicated luxury DMC, focuses exclusively on Okinawa.
・This marks our first step in developing regional luxury DMCs, with plans to support other regions in the future.

We are hiring a passionate and dynamic Travel Division Manager who can lead with vision and operational excellence.
In this role, you will oversee the growth of our inbound tour business, ensuring strategic planning, efficient operations, and strong team development to deliver exceptional luxury travel experiences to our clients.
Responsibilities- Manage the entire trip from beginning to the end that includes itinerary creation, quotation, confirmation, reservation, supplier coordination, payments, and customer support with hospitality mind
- Collaboration across divisions, as well as with agents and suppliers, to maximize synergy and business opportunities.
- Attending trade shows
- Understanding the requirement of our trade partners and customers to create unique and exciting itinerary with "out of box" mind in detail
- Apply a financial mindset to optimize the use of people, assets, capital, and time.
- Represent and communicate the company's vision both internally and externally, inspiring colleagues and partners.
- Efficient, speedy and accurate communication with internal team and suppliers
- Building and maintaining good relationship with suppliers in professional manner
- Handle the emergency situation
- Travel designer experience for groups for, at least, 3 years
- Strong financial literacy
- Ability to design, execute, and monitor business strategies while optimizing resources.
- Excellent communication skill, with the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
- Highlevel English proficiency and strong formal Japanese communication skills (N2 or equivalent minimum) in both spoken and written contexts.
- A visionary mindset with creativity and passion to promote Japan globally.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage multiple divisions and external partners in driving success.
