仕事内容


特定建設業許可の専任技術者として、主に社内業務を担当していただきます。

※在宅勤務OK(週に1日~2日またはこちらから指定した日)

<具体的には>

・工事に伴う道路使用許可申請

・消防署への各種届出業務

・現場施工に関する技術的なアドバイス

・現場から依頼された材料等の受け取り

・材料や機器納品時の受け取り及び立ち合い

・事務所内の簡単な雑務

主力の電気工事は、公共インフラ、都市開発、民間施設の請負工事

が中心で、建築、土木工事まで幅広い分野で成長してきました。

求めている人材

  • 必須:MUST

・1級建築施工管理技士

・1級土木施工管理技士

上記全ての資格が必須です。

・普通自動車免許(AT限定不可)

  • 歓迎:WANT

・道路使用許可、消防届出、経験者歓迎

・Word、Excel、Outlook、WJ_CAD、AutoCAD、経験者歓迎

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり6時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9時00分〜16時00分(休憩60分)

休日休暇


週30時間勤務の範囲で、ご都合に合わせて調整が可能です。

休日:土曜日、日曜日、祭日、年末年始、夏季休暇

会社カレンダーによる

6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数:10日(1週日出勤の場合)

基本給:月給 18万円 〜 24万円

固定残業代:なし
