Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design using a consultative approach.
  • Configure and customize ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, etc.) based on client requirements.
  • Depending on experience, lead project activities or support the Project Manager in progress tracking, issue management, and communication.
  • Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and overseas consultants, ensuring effective bilingual communication.
  • Support user training, testing, and system go-live activities.

Qualifications
Required / Preferred Experience

  • Experience implementing enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS).
  • Experience in the aerospace or defense industry, particularly in aviation maintenance or MRO operations, is highly valued.
  • Either ERP implementation experience or industry experience is acceptable.
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English (English required for coordination with overseas teams).
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to "sell" your ideas and value effectively.

  • Self-driven professional who can manage their own work and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Work Location

  • Anywhere in Japan (remote work is standard).
  • Occasional on-site work or business travel to client locations may be required.
