Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design using a consultative approach.
- Configure and customize ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, etc.) based on client requirements.
- Depending on experience, lead project activities or support the Project Manager in progress tracking, issue management, and communication.
- Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and overseas consultants, ensuring effective bilingual communication.
- Support user training, testing, and system go-live activities.
Qualifications
Required / Preferred Experience
- Experience implementing enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS).
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry, particularly in aviation maintenance or MRO operations, is highly valued.
- Either ERP implementation experience or industry experience is acceptable.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English (English required for coordination with overseas teams).
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to "sell" your ideas and value effectively.

Work Location
- Anywhere in Japan (remote work is standard).
- Occasional on-site work or business travel to client locations may be required.
