Staff Interview
Q1: How much autonomy does each restaurant have?
As long as the basic concept and cost ratios are maintained, the specific menu items and service style are largely left to the individual restaurant Managers and chefs work together with staff to create menus that meet current customer needs. The sense of achievement when sales increase or we get high reviews is incomparable
Q2: What kind of career paths are available?
Since we operate restaurants with various concepts, you can enhance your skills and broaden your perspective within the company without needing to change jobs. We have a performance review every six months, offering steady opportunities for promotion to specialist or management roles.
Q3: Is it possible to balance work and personal life?
Yes, it is Holidays and working hours are strictly managed, ensuring you have time for your private life. This balance is exactly why our team can maintain such high performance during work hours.
About "TAKAYOJI"
A contemporary Japanese dining experience that transcends the traditional "Izakaya" style. Based on the theme of "Contemporary Japanese," which is gaining global attention, we provide a new culinary experience for both domestic and international guests. From Japanese-inspired Afternoon Tea to creative fusion dishes, and a curated selection of Sake, Wine, and Champagne, we offer a sophisticated and free-spirited atmosphere.

Mandatory Requirements
- Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent.
- Ability to conduct daily business operations in Japanese (Interviews will be in Japanese).
- Proficient in Japanese phone and email correspondence.
- Valid working visa in Japan (Work-permitted status).
Please note: We do not provide new visa sponsorship for this role.

Shift-based (Max 220 hours per month).
Hours vary depending on the restaurant's operating hours.
Last Train Consideration: All staff members finish work in time for their last train.
A Typical Day (Lunch to Dinner Shift)
10:00 | Clock-in: Start the day with a friendly "Ohayou gozaimasu" Focus on lunch prep.
11:30 | Lunch Service: In charge of cooking with speed and precision.
14:00 | Break: Refresh and prepare for the dinner rush.
17:00 | Dinner Prep: Finalize sauces, prep meat/fish, and arrange plating.
17:30 | Dinner Service: Smooth operations through great teamwork.
21:30 | Last Order: Begin cleanup while finishing the final orders.
22:00 | Closing: Kitchen cleaning, inventory check, and prep for the next day.
23:00 | Clock-out: Great job today Time to head home.

2 days off per week(8–9 days off per month)

※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 22万1440円 〜 23万6318円
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり7万8560円 〜 8万3682円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
General Staff: Monthly salary from ¥300,000
Management Candidate: Monthly salary from ¥320,000
(Includes fixed overtime pay/late-night premium for 20 hours).
- Bonuses: Twice a year (June & December)
- Salary Reviews: Twice a year (April & October)
- Transportation: Provided (up to ¥30,000/month)
- Overtime/Late-night pay: Provided for hours exceeding fixed amount
- Family & Housing Allowance: Available (subject to conditions)
