サポートメニューには、ファミリーガバナンス、CxOアジェンダ、経営変革構想・全社変革構想、経営承継(サクセッションプランニング)といった経営トップのメニューから、パフォーマンス改善・オペレーション改善、組織再編、M&A、株式公開、株式評価、社会貢献活動など多彩な検討項目が含まれるため、バリュエーション豊かな経験を積むことが可能です。

コンサルティング業務を軸に、税務プロフェッショナル、経理プロフェッショナルをはじめとするグループの専門家と広く連携しながら、クライアントの課題解決にあたっていきます。

業務内容 / Responsibilities

オーナー系企業の成長・変革に関わる以下の業務

・ファミリー理念・共通の価値観、ファミリー憲章の策定業務

・ ファミリーガバナンスに関わるコンサルティング業務

・ CEOアジェンダに関わるコンサルティング業務(CEOに対して直接アドバイスを行う。顧問業務も含む)

・経営変革構想策定

・パフォーマンス改善、業務プロセス・オペレーション改善

・経営承継策定(サクセッションプランニング)、サクセッション実行支援

・ファミリーオフィス、財団の設立・運営支援

・ 社会貢献活動の事業構想立案業務

・ 上記に関わる組織再編・M&A・株式公開・その他資本政策のサポート及びアドバイザリー業務(EY税理士法人等、EY内の他ファームも適宜関与)

Qualifications

・大規模・中堅オーナー系企業のオーナー経営層と直接対峙し、経営課題についてディスカッション、コンサルティング、実行支援等した7年以上のマネジメント経験

・オーナー経営者の想いに寄り添い、共に実現する意欲

・様々な案件・状況・人に対する柔軟性

・必要に応じて自ら手を動かすことを厭わない方

・高いコミュニケーションスキル

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

・高いプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
