仕事内容


当社が運営するオンラインゲームタイトルのプランナー業務(ガチャ施策担当)をお任せいたします。

<具体的には>

・新規ガチャ仕様書作成

  • リリース済ガチャのKPI分析、振り返り実施
  • 過去KPIを元にした新規リリースガチャのプランニング

・ガチャマスターデータ設定

・お知らせ作成

・CS対応

※商材設計は別プランナーが担当します。今回の業務はガチャの設計を中心にお任せする予定です

【働き方】

・関東圏にお住まいのかたは、初日出社、その後フルリモート勤務となります。

※月に1回設けている出社日に、出社にて業務対応いただくことも可能です。

・遠方からのフルリモートも可能です。

・PC等貸与させていただきます。

・スマートフォンゲームの運営プランナー経験(3年以上)

・ステップアップガチャ/ボックスガチャといった仕様が複雑なガチャのKPI分析、設計を行った経験があること

・運営プランナーに必要な、基礎用語やKPIを理解していること

  • PU/APPPU/APPUといった基礎用語を使いこなせること

・スプレッドシートで基本的な操作が行える方

・在宅にて業務が可能な環境を用意できる方

・常時接続可能なインターネット回線設備(光回線推奨)を有している方

※日本語ネイティブレベル以上

※通勤可能な範囲にお住まいの方
