鹿島建物総合管理株式会社からアイデムコーポレーションがお預かりしている求人情報です。

~鹿島建設グループ/業界屈指の管理物件数を誇る企業/年休123日(完全週休2日制)博物館や病院、ホテルなどの様々な案件あり~

  • 業務内容:

・当社が管理するオフィスビルを中心に改修施工管理をお任せします。

また、全国支社の技術的なサポート、人員や有資格者のフォローもお任せいたします。

  • 業務詳細:

当社が管理する物件の大規模修繕工事やテナント入退去工事などにおいて施工管理を行っていただきます。

・設計図書に基づく見積書、施工計画書の作成

・得意先、設計事務所、協力会社との各種調整

・現場施工管理(実行予算、工程表、施工図、届出書類の作成、安全管理、品質管理等)

・各種検査業務の計画、調整(官公庁の届出、検査立会、書類作成等)

・施工書類の作成(竣工図、完成図書の整備等)

鹿島建設が手掛けた誰もが知るような建物を中心に全国で約2890棟を管理しています(オフィスビル、大規模複合施設、博物館、データセンター、病院、ホテル、学校、研究施設など)。

  • 必須条件:

・普通自動車免許

・RC/S造における改修施工管理経験(オフィスビルは歓迎)

・2級施工管理技士以上(管工事、建築)

<必要資格>

必要条件:普通自動車免許第一種

完全週休2日制(休日は会社カレンダーによる)
