業務内容

特に今回募集するチームでは、コンテンツIPやDTC(Direct-To-Consumer)サービスの価値を最大化する「エンゲージメントプラットフォーム」の実現を目指して、最先端のデータサイエンス技術によってユーザー行動・コンテンツデータを活用し、現場のマーケター/事業担当者と密に連携することで、新しい顧客価値を創出していきます。
■担当予定の業務内容
デジタルマーケティング領域において、特にエンターテインメント分野(音楽・動画・アニメ等)を中心とした新規アプリの提案やサービス開発を担っていただきます。
ご自身の専門性に応じて、以下の業務をご担当いただきます。
・現場の課題抽出と顧客価値仮説の構築
・ユーザデータなどの分析
・ソリューションのプロトタイピング
・実験設計・PoCの実施
・全体のリーディング

■職場の環境
研究開発部門として、自らの想像力と行動力によって価値創出と課題解決を実行していく職場です。
部署にはコア技術の研究開発からアプリ開発、UXデザインまで幅広いバックグラウンドのメンバーが在籍しており、研究開発部門の中でも比較的若いメンバーが多い組織です。
勤務形態はテレワークと出社のハイブリッドで、週3日を目安としてオフィスへの出社に移行を進めています。

想定年収
上級担当:約800万円~/リーダー:約1000万円~

必要となるスキル/経験
■必須:
・AI・機械学習・データサイエンスに関する学部レベルの知識
・Web系(バックエンド・フロントエンド)のプロダクト開発経験
・UI/UXデザインに関する基本的な知識

・PythonやWeb系(バックエンド・フロントエンド)のプログラミングスキル
・AIコーディングツールによる効率的開発スキル
・クラウド(AWS, GCP)系の設計・開発スキル
・データ分析やAI応用に関するコンサルテーション経験
