自社で設計した建築物の施工監理をお任せします。
- 工事現場での立会検査(杭工事、RC造配筋検査、S造製品検査、建方検査)
- 総合打合への参加
- 既存建築物の調査立会
- 報告書の作成
- 社内での設計チェック・レビュー

求める人材:
- 必須条件:一級建築士の資格をお持ちの方
勤務時間・曜日:
9:00 ~ 18:00
- 実働8Hr・休憩1Hr
- フレックスあり(コアタイム 10:00~15:00)
休暇・休日:
年間休日120日以上
- 完全週休2日制
- 土日祝休み
- 有給休暇(1時間単位で取得可)
