具体的な仕事内容

家財の整理・仕分け・搬出作業を

ご担当いただきます。

  • 家財・不用品の整理と仕分け

・家財や不用品を確認

・必要なものと処分するものを仕分け。

※大切な品は

お客様と相談しながら決定します。

  • 家具・大型荷物の搬出と積込み

・梱包した家具などの荷物を

トラックへ積み込みます。

  • 書類や貴重品の確認

・重要書類や貴重品は丁寧に分類し、

管理・保管します。

  • 清掃作業

・作業後に室内を清掃し、

きれいな状態に整えます。

  • お客様への確認・完了報告

・作業完了後にお客様に確認いただく。

・問題がなければ完了報告を行います。

<未経験でも安心のステップアップ>

入社後1~2ヶ月間はOJT研修期間です。

まずは先輩が運転するトラックの

助手席に乗り、作業の流れや連絡業務などの

基本をサポート役として学びます。

3ヶ月目を目安に

運転やお客様対応を段階的にお任せし、

独り立ちを目指していただきます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間 〜 9時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 25日

  • 9:00(仕事開始時刻)~18:00(休憩:60分)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万8000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり33時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 準中型免許未所持

月給:280,000円(固定残業代含む)+賞与:年2回(6月と12月)

  • 準中型免許所持

月給:290,000円(固定残業代含む)+賞与:年2回(6月と12月)
