仕事内容

Ariba製品(クラウドベースの調達・購買管理プラットフォーム)の導入コンサルティング。具体的には、導入検討時の提案支援、導入プロジェクトのリード/参画、導入プロジェクトの提案書作成、スポットコンサルティング、パートナー様の導入プロジェクト支援に従事いただきます。

仕事内容の詳細

当ポジションでは、業務要件定義書に記載されたビジネスプロセスを実装するために、導入チームの一員として、アプリケーションの機能に関する専門家としての役割を担います。

Statement of Work(SOW)の範囲内で、Ariba導入プロセスを活用しながら、顧客ニーズに応じたコンサルティング業務を行います。

・SAP顧客向けの調達購買プロセスを、時間・品質・コストの制約内で管理

・プロジェクトデリバリーにおける顧客・パートナー・SAP各部門との関係構築と期待値調整

・プロジェクト知見の記録およびチーム内へのナレッジ共有

・SAP Aribaクラウドソリューションを最大限に活用し、顧客満足と価値提供を実現

・各ワークストリームに対する詳細な実行計画の立案と統合管理

・業務プロセス導入の詳細設計および開発要件の定義

・プロセスモデルの品質担保と標準への準拠

・プロジェクトにおける課題・リスクの早期発見とエスカレーション

・チーム全体の成果を重視した業務遂行

応募資格

必須条件:

・大卒相当以上

・日本語(流暢レベル)

・英語(読み書き、および業務の会話が可能なレベル)

・クラウド製品およびパッケージソフトの導入経験

・5年以上導入プロジェクトをEnd to Endで実施した経験があること

・新しい知識を貪欲に吸収し、チームや顧客へ還元する強いマインドを持っていること

・課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力を持っていること

・困難な状況においても、社員・顧客と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力を持っていること

・SAP内の国内・海外コンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力を持っていること

歓迎条件:

・調達・購買領域(ソーシング、契約管理、サプライヤー管理、購買・請求など)の業務知識

・SAP認定資格(S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, Ariba関連(B&I, Sourcing, Contract, SLP))

・AribaまたはS/4HANA MMソリューション導入経験
