仕事内容:
自動車硝子の入れ替え施工、カーフィルム施工、一般サッシ入れ替え施工などあります。
自動車ガラス施工作業が主な仕事内容となります。
ディーラー様の請負もあり、転勤等もなく、安定した就業環境です。
初心者の方も丁寧に教えていきますので、気軽にご応募ください。
日本車、外車、オールドカーなど、車種問わずたくさんの車種を扱わせていただくため、自動車好きの方には興味を持って取り組んでいただけます。

残業は15分単位でつきます。
求める人材:
自動車免許必須です。
未経験者の方、意欲のある元気なを仲間を渇望いたします。
なおエーミング施工に伴い、経験者また整備士免許二級資格者大歓迎。
特に整備士資格のある方は給与面を優遇させていただきます。
勤務時間・曜日:
月曜~金曜日 第二土曜日および日曜、祝祭日は完全休業
夏季休業(お盆)、冬季休業(正月)やすみあり。
昼休憩あり
就業して半年後に有給10日(/年間)支給します。
有給取得後、年に五日は必ず有休をとっていただきます。
休暇・休日:
毎月第二土曜日、祝祭日、日曜日、お盆休み、年末は完全休業。
土曜日は休日出勤あり
勤務地:
公共交通機関を使用される方→京成大和田駅から徒歩10分ほど
車輛通勤の方→勝田台駅から10分ほど
駐車場有、交通費全額支給
アクセス:
最寄り駅:京成大和田駅 徒歩10分
施工スタッフには全員社用車を支給いたします。駐車場の負担、ガソリン代を完全負担いたしますので、交通費はかかりません。
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥28,800〜¥35,000(24時間相当分)を含む。24時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
昇給:年に一度

賞与:年2回
