市場分析を基にトレード戦略を企画・実行し、店頭コミュニケーションツール作成や販売戦略支援を担当
Sales Teamと他部署との橋渡しを担い、営業活動効率化とデータドリブンな提案推進を担う
【仕事内容】
トレードマーケティングスペシャリストは、市場トレンドや店頭起点での市場分析に基づき、マーケティング戦略に則し、⼩売・ショッパーへのブランド認知・イメージ向上、製品購⼊機会最⼤化のためのトレード向けブランド戦略の企画・実⾏・ステアリングを⾏う。
また、戦略に基づき、トレードストーリーの⽴案、構築し、店頭コミュニケーションツールの作成を通して全社の売上拡⼤に貢献する。また、マーケティング、営業、サプライチェーンの知識や理解を持ち、内部統制をおこない、スピーディーかつ合理的な意思決定を促進する。
そして社内外のビジネス状況を把握したうえで、Sales Teamと他部署との橋渡しを担い、協業及び連携しながら、営業活動の効率化とサポートを実施する。
カテゴリー戦略、販売マーチャンダイジング戦術
全社⽅針に則ったマーケティング戦略をコンシューマー視点の基点に⽴った形でのトレードストーリーの構築のサポート
マーケティング戦略に即した全社販売戦略(棚割、配荷、価格戦略、MD戦略)の⽴案サポート
新商品・新プロモーション会議に参加。Trade Marketingのメンバーとともにセリングストーリーを展開し、営業の実⾏を促しビジネスに貢献する
営業商談資料の作成サポート(セリングストーリーの策定、説得⼒のある商談資料作成、新商品・新プロモーション会議、市場およびPOSデータ分析と⽰唆をチームメンバーとともに実施)
マーケティング戦略に沿った企画品、販促物のプランニング、店頭販(POSM・カタログ等)の企画・制作。
トレードマーケティング予算の管理
営業活動の効率化をサポート
棚割提案ツールの開発、営業がロジカルに且つ簡単に提案できるツール提供
各種施策効果分析、検証を実施し、フロントセールス、マーケティングに共有することで、全社の知識、⾒識、知⾒を向上させる
【応募資格】
■必須
FMCGメーカー/⼩売店において3年以上のデータを駆使した提案型営業経験
Word・Excel・PowerPointでの資料作成スキル
英語に対して苦⼿意識を持たれない⽅
■歓迎
マーケティングまたはトレードマーケティング経験(2年以上)
化粧品業界での就労経験があり美容トレンドに感性・感度をお持ちの⽅
スキンケアカテゴリー経験(2年以上)
