連結決算業務の高度化とグローバル共通化を見据え、複雑な会計事象に対応できる高度な専門人材を補強したいと思います。将来的には、グローバル対応及び経理全般に精通し、全社から信頼されるキーパーソンとしての活躍を期待しています。

職務内容

・連結財務諸表及び開示資料作成、決算分析に関わる業務

・IFRS等会計基準の最新動向を踏まえたグループ会計方針の策定

・組織再編や新規取引等における会計面でのサポート

・財務報告にかかる内部統制体制の維持・管理

・関連ITシステムを活用した経理業務の高度化対応

経験・スキル <必須のもの>

グローバルに展開する企業での連結決算実務の経験者(3年以上)、または監査法人での監査実務経験者(3年以上)

経験・スキル <あれば望ましいもの>

・企業再編等の複雑な事象に対応可能な会計基準(特にIFRS)に関する専門知識

・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力(TOEICスコア700点以上)や海外勤務経験

・SAP等の基幹システムや連結決算システムを始めとするIT関連・DX推進への対応力

資格・身分・行動特性など <必須のもの>

簿記検定2級以上

公認会計士資格

想定年収

基本年収600~1000万+各種手当(時間外、住宅手当等)
