仕事内容:

右京区の綺麗な病院で、外来での診察時の処理、保険関係書類の作成など、医師事務作業補助をお願いします。

まずは外来からスタートするので、段階的に覚えていただけます。

事務作業は事務所で座って行います。

駅からシャトルバスがあります

・外来と病棟での診察補助・診察準備・後処理

・患者案内・検査説明

・電子カルテ・オーダーの代行入力

・医療文書の作成(紹介状など/基本病棟のみ)

・症例登録

・書類管理(スキャン等)

・電話対応(予約調整等)

※業務内容は配属科や担当する医師によって多少異なります。

※終業後にある病院開催の会議や勉強会へのご参加をお願いします。(月1回程度、約1.5時間)
