未経験からチャレンジできる法人営業・コーディネーター職

株式会社 ユースは、グループ全体で取引先1,700社、登録スタッフ約100,000名を誇る成長企業です。大阪市中央区の拠点で、企業とスタッフの架け橋となる法人営業・コーディネーターを募集します。

【主な仕事内容】

・企業様への人材派遣サービスの提案営業(新規・既存)

・スタッフ登録者へのヒアリング、希望条件に合った仕事のご紹介

・企業とスタッフのマッチング、信頼関係の構築

・拠点長候補としてのリーダー業務も期待

新規営業では電話でアポイントを取り、企業の人材ニーズを丁寧にヒアリング。既存顧客にはルート営業で長期的な関係を築きます。スタッフさんには事務的な対応ではなく、将来の目標や悩みまで寄り添い、最適なマッチングを実現します。

事業拡大中のため、役職やポストも増加中。頑張り次第で早期昇格や拠点長への抜擢も可能です。実績は正当に評価され、入社1年目での昇格実績もあります。

想定年収:300万円~500万円

(みなし残業代:月30時間分、47,070円~53,130円を含む。超過分は別途支給)
