仕事内容


====================

<主な業務例>

全国の弊社福祉施設の開発営業を

行っていただきます。不動産会社、建設会社への

電話営業及び訪問営業、地権者様からの

問い合わせ対応及び、地権者様への提案業務、

建築調整や契約書類の作成となります。

土地活用の提案から建物の引渡しまで

一貫した幅広い業務に携わることができます。

  • 最低2日~3日/月の出張(全国)あり

  • 教育、サポート体制について

・まず、入社後すぐに座学にて、

基礎の基礎から知識をお教えします。

(1日×4回でしっかり教えます)

・その後、介護現場、介護職を

知っていただくために現場で研修を行います。

(1ヶ月程度)

  • 地主様と話す機会が多く、

介護現場を知っていただく必要があるためです。

・その後、OJT(ご経験により変動)があり、

実際の物件開発業務をスタートしていただきます。

基本的にはチーム全体で目標設定をし、

全員で達成を目指しています。

工程は一貫して一人で行いますが、

ゴールをチーム全体で共有することで、

成功時の達成感や喜びを

仲間と分かち合えるのが魅力です。

【給与】

月給 300,000円~

・宅地建物取引士 20,000円

・FP2級以上 10,000円

※インセンティブあり
