自社物件の管理と

それに付随した施設管理の

仕事をお任せします

【具体的な仕事内容】

▼入退去管理や日常管理、

テナントやオーナーからの

問合せの対応

▼プロパティマネジメント

管理施設の保守や営繕、

オーナーへの改修提案など



新たなテナントの入居に伴う改修

ランニングコスト圧縮など

施設の収益性を上げる為の提案

コンプライアンスに対応する為の改善

物流施設の建設プロジェクトを

監理、提案します。

オーナーが施主となる

冷凍倉庫や危険物倉庫の新築

営業倉庫増築や施設の定温倉庫化など

テナントの要望による改修

同じ営業部のリーシング担当や

自社建設部門の協力をして

プロジェクトを遂行します。

クライアントは大手企業から

地元の地主様など幅広い方が対象。

お客様から新たなお客様を紹介されたり、

お客様が当社に施設の運用を任せてくれたりと、

信頼して頂くことで事業が拡大しています。

8:30~17:30

※実働7.5時間、休憩90分

月~金勤務、

土曜勤務/月1~2回

給与:

月給24万円~40万円

※経験や能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇

◆資格手当は別途支給

例:宅建士5千円、

管理業務主任者5千円、

1級建築士2万円、

1級施工管理技士1万5千円

(監理技術者はプラスあり)など
