【株式会社第一ビルサービスの現場・労務管理(課長候補)/広島市中区】中四国トップクラスの指定管理実績
【仕事内容】
中四国にて不動産総合サービス事業を中心に、さまざまな事業を展開しているみどりグループ。
その中核企業である株式会社第一ビルサービスの業務管理本部にて、ビルメンテナンス現場職員の労務管理、課長職として本社社員のマネジメント業務をメインにたずさわっていただきます。
【現場職員労務管理】
・清掃や設備、警備の現場で働くスタッフの教育指導
・スタッフのシフト作成など労務管理
・求人活動、採用面接、勤怠管理、入退社手続きなどの雇用管理 など
【マネジメント業務】
・課長職としての本社社員のマネジメント
・収支分析
・チーム目標管理 など
