【業務内容】
外来患者さまへの運動器リハビリテーション全般を担当します。
医師の診断に基づき、可動域、筋力、アライメント、動作分析を網羅的に評価。
解剖学・運動学に基づいた個別プログラムを立案し、徒手療法と運動療法を適切に組み合わせて機能改善・除痛を目指します。
また、自宅でのセルフエクササイズ指導にも力を入れ、患者さまの自己管理能力の向上をサポートします。
【1日のスケジュール例】
08:45 出勤・開院準備(カルテチェック・リハ室のセッティング)
09:00 午前外来(予約制による1対1の個別リハビリテーション)
12:30 昼休憩(一度帰宅や外出も可能。しっかりリフレッシュ)
14:30 午後外来(再診・初診患者さまへの評価および継続的介入)
18:30 記録作成・診察室との連携(医師への経過報告・情報共有)
19:00 後片付け・退勤(明日の準備を整えて終了)
