The Job
当社の機械学習エンジニアとして、衛星データの機械学習による解析、アルゴリズム開発およびアプリケーションへの実装に取り組んでいただきます。取り組むべきテーマについてロードマップを描き、機械学習チーム全体のリードや若手メンバーの育成を担っていただくことを期待します。

レコメンデーションシステムのための機械学習システムの調査、開発、実装
最も効果的なアルゴリズムを特定し、パフォーマンスを達成するためにモデルを改良
モデルの有効性を評価・分析し、必要に応じて機能強化の提案
機械学習モデルの本番環境への統合
最先端の機械学習テクノロジーとプラクティスに関する知識を継続的なアップデート
機械学習プロジェクトのライフサイクルの重要な段階をリード、管理。
【直近の課題について】
現在自社サービスとして、「アクタバ」「デタバ」「サグリ」を提供しております。お客様毎に該当する地域の衛星データを取り込む必要がありますが、データの取り込み、加工、保存、機械学習処理などの一連の流れの自動化に取り組んでいます。
プロダクトによって自動化の進捗状況は異なりますが、完全にシステマティックな機械学習の成果を提供することを目指しております。
直近で農林水産省や経済産業省からの助成金も受け、数年先の中長期的な視野を持ちながら、開発テーマに取り組める環境です。
また、中長期的にはビジネスの拡大に合わせ、ユーザーのフィードバックから得られる開発テーマや、解析の精度の向上などにも取り組んでいく予定であり、組織の体制構築に向けて若手エンジニアの教育などの役割も担っていただきたいと考えております。
The Profile
- 機械学習エンジニアまたはデータサイエンティストとして5年以上の実務経験があり、少なくとも2年間はリーダーシップを発揮した経験がある方
- チーム横断的なエンジニアリング活動をリードした技術経験
- Pythonで機械学習アルゴリズムをプロダクトへ実装されたご経験
- GCP、AWS、Azureなど、クラウド環境での開発経験

The Employer
当社の営農向けアプリケーション「Sagri」のビジネス開発をお任せします。
「Sagri」は衛星データを活用した土壌解析アプリケーションですが、2022年にリリースし、今年度から本格的に事業開発を進めております。
研究開発した技術を社会実装し、ビジネス化していくことを目指し、新たな用途・ユースケースの調査・検討、エンジニアと連携したプロダクト開発、ビジネスの拡大に向けた営業体制の構築など、パートナー企業とのアライアンス構築などビジネス立ち上げに向けて事業責任者のもと、幅広い業務を担っていただきます。
【具体的には】
「Sagri」は衛星データ解析で農地の土壌状態を可視化するアプリケーションです。
現在は、農家さんが感覚的に利用していた肥料を土壌の状態に合わせて最適化し、肥料の削減によるコスト削減やカーボンクレジットの創出を目指しており、農家さんや農業法人など利用者を増やしております。
「Sagri」はこれから研究開発やアプリケーションの機能開発の余地が多く、例えば、肥料メーカーとの協業など様々なビジネス開発を構想しています。
カーボンクレジットの創出・販売の実現に向けても、いくつかのハードルがあり、社外のパートナーとも協業しながら取り組んでおります。
今回のポジションではビジネス化に向けた仮説や、ニーズ調査など立ち上げフェーズで貢献いただくことを期待します。
【営農向けアプリケーション「Sagri」について】
衛星データで解析した農地の土壌状態を可視化し、農家の肥料の削減と地球温暖化対策につながるアプリケーションです。国内では農林水産省の支援を得て開発に取り組んでおります。
本格的な事業開発を始めてまもないですが、すでに50以上のアカウントがあり、多くのお客様からお問い合わせいただくなど、活用が広がっております。
農業で肥料を使う際、どこに、どれだけ、どの肥料をまけばいいか、ということは農家さん自身の感覚値でしかわからず、余分な肥料を使ってしまうことでコストも上がり、地球温暖化の原因の一つにもなっています。
一方、土壌の検査をするには、土壌を採取して検査機関に送るなど、手間も大きい作業です。
Sagriでは衛星データを解析し、画像から土壌の状態や成分などを分析可能に。
農家さんが衛星データ解析を気軽に利用し、区画ごとに土壌の状態を把握し、最適な肥料の選択や量の調整がすぐにわかるアプリケーションを開発し、提供しております。
また、「Sagri」を利用することで生産者の肥料にかかるコストカットだけでなく、カーボンクレジットを創出・販売することで新たな収入源を生み出したいと考えております。現在、国内においても農業分野での温室効果ガスの排出の削減は求められており、肥料に含まれる成分が温室効果ガス排出の要因になっています。
肥料を適切に削減することでカーボンクレジットを創出し、売買する脱炭素ビジネスを構想しており、現在、国内外でビジネス開発を進めております。
