営業チームのサポートを中心に、事務業務全般をお任せします。

顧客・クライアントとの連絡対応や

応募者への採用メッセージ送信、

広告の入稿作業など、会社の事業成長に直接貢献できるポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・応募者への採用メッセージ送信および問い合わせ対応

(メール・チャット・電話)

・クライアント企業との連絡調整、日程調整

・顧客からの質問対応・フォロー対応

・広告入稿作業および掲載進行管理

・書類作成、データ入力、ファイル管理

・営業担当からの依頼内容のサポート業務全般

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

(1日の標準労働時間:8時間、休憩60分)

月間平均残業時間:20時間以下
