大手企業の未来を「人」で創る。複雑な採用課題に、最適なソリューションで伴走する採用ソリューション営業です。

「求人広告(枠売り)だけでなく、Web広告や採用HPも提案したい」「中小企業担当から、大手企業の経営層と対峙できる環境へ移りたい」

採用難の時代において、全国の大手企業を「人」で支援する、社会貢献性の高い仕事です。単なる求人広告の枠を超え、Web広告、採用HP、動画制作、さらにはRPO(採用プロセスアウトソーシング)提案まで、幅広いソリューションを駆使し、経営層や人事責任者のが抱える課題を解決します。

■具体的な仕事内容

大手企業のお客様に対し、採用に関するあらゆる課題を解決するための最適なソリューションを企画・提案します。

◎既存顧客との深い関係構築が中心入社後は1ヶ月ほどの研修や提案練習を経て、2ヶ月目あたりから徐々に既存の大手顧客を引き継いていく想定です。

◎新規開拓のための架電も業務の一部としてはありますが

、メインは既存顧客への深耕営業です。この新規アプローチは、既存顧客との取引深耕と並行し、戦略的に(例えば、RPO提案の確度が高い業界へ)アプローチするためのものです。あなたのヒアリング力と提案力を、既存・新規の両面で発揮いただくことを期待します。

◎「採用メディア×Web広告×RPO」で、お客様の課題に一気通貫で伴走

Indeedをはじめとした各種求人広告媒体だけでなく、多種多様なWebメディア、採用ホームページ、動画制作、ブランディングまで、幅広い選択肢から最適なソリューションを企画・提案。現職で「扱える商材が限定的で、もどかしさを感じている」

という方も、当社の強みである「採用メディア×Web広告」というメディアミックス提案に加え、求人広告だけでは解決できない採用・定着の課題に対しては、実務代行や工程見直し・設計といったRPO提案も行います。

商談には経験豊富なマネージャーや先輩が「戦略パートナー」として同席。商談後のフィードバックを通じて、早期に高い裁量を持って大手顧客の複雑な課題に挑戦できるよう支援します。

Tech系の商材も含む)業界経験者

・法人営業経験2年以上
