日立のインダストリー領域における重点戦略分野であるラインビルド事業において、グローバル規模で展開される製造ライン構築プロジェクトの中核を担うプロジェクトマネージャーとして活躍いただきます。本ポジションでは、日系グローバル企業を中心とした顧客向けに、製造ラインの設計・製造・試験・現地調整まで含む一連の工程を総合的に取りまとめ、高い品質と安全性を確保しながらプロジェクトを成功へ導く役割を担います。

ロボティクスやマテリアルハンドリングなどの最先端技術を活用し、顧客の生産・物流ラインをゼロから構築するラインビルディング事業におけるプロジェクトマネジメントです。北米を中心に海外関係会社と連携しながら、プロジェクトをリードしていきます。

日立も顧客ニーズの高まりを受け、ラインビルド事業へ本格敵に参入し今後の事業の柱として投資を進めることを決定したことから、この新事業の拡大を担って下さる方の募集を行います。
グローバルプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネージャーとして、顧客、関連企業、関係各所との調整・折衝を担って頂ける方のご応募をお待ちしています。
【職務概要】
グローバル市場におけるラインビルディング事業のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、以下の業務全般を担当。
プロジェクトの企画・立ち上げから、工程・安全・品質・コスト・リスク管理、さらには海外顧客や国内外関係会社との折衝まで、プロジェクト運営に関わる広範な領域をマネジメント。
【職務詳細】
ロボティクスやマテリアルハンドリング技術を活用した製造・物流ラインの構築プロジェクトにおいて、顧客課題の把握、改善提案、設計・製造・試験・現地調整に至る全工程を主導します。また、必要に応じて保守・サービスフェーズに向けた追加提案も行い、顧客の中長期的なビジネス成長に貢献します。北米を中心とした海外プロジェクトでは、現地パートナー企業や日立グループとの連携が不可欠であり、多拠点を跨ぐプロジェクトの調整・推進を担っていただきます。

約30名の組織ですが、関連するグループ会社のチームメンバーとプロジェクトを組み活動します。
30〜40歳代の中堅プロジェクトリーダ集団です。
・働き方
プロジェクト状況に応じて海外出張や短期・長期の海外駐在が発生します。グローバル環境での経験が豊富に積める職場です。

応募資格
【必須条件】
・FA・流通領域の生産技術として海外プロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・FA・流通向けラインビルダー企業で海外プロジェクトの管理経験を有する方
・TOEIC 750点以上(海外顧客や海外グループ会社との折衝が可能)
【歓迎条件】
・医療機器製造分野におけるライン構築経験(直近案件との親和性が高い)
・製造業全般(自動車・電機・物流センターなど)におけるライン立ち上げ経験

※募集開始時の想定であり、選考を通じて決定の上、オファー時にご説明いたします。
【給与】
- 月給:640,000〜820,000円
- 年収:11,600,000〜14,900,000円
(参考)ポジション別の理論年収
本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)
※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)
※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出
※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
