Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities:
メディカルアフェアーズ本部直下で企画・実施される様々なメディカル関連のプロジェクトにおいて、担当するリードの指示に基づく支援全般。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
社内の関係部署、外部の医療関係者や自治体、外部ベンダーなどとのコミュニケーション(会議設定、会議場所手配、メールやりとり など)
情報収集及びチェック(市場分析・競合品情報、論文、研修材料、過去の学会講演資料、関連標準手順書 など)
関連ドキュメント管理(契約書、購買申請 など)
スライド作成サポート
ウェブサイト構築(メディカルメンバー向け研修関連):コンテンツ(情報収集~整理)、社内研修ツール等への展開
Education Level : 英語(情報収集を翻訳ツール等を使ってできるレベル)
