【職務内容】
プロジェクトマネージャーとして、システム開発またはソフトウェアテストのプロジェクト等に携わっていただきます。
※ご経験に応じて、システム開発・ソフトウェアテストプロジェクトのどちらかをお任せいたします。
システムの構造や機能に応じ、予算やスケジュール、プロジェクトに必要なメンバーのアサイン、チームを結成してプロジェクトを遂行していただきます。スケジュールや予算を管理し、プロジェクトを円滑に進行させるためのマネジメント業務をお任せいたします。プロジェクトの状況によっては実装にも携わってきただき、期日までに成果物を完成いただくのがミッションです。
具体的には
1)顧客折衝
2)システム開発計画の策定
3)プロジェクトチームの編成
4)プロジェクトの推進・管理
5)実装
6)チーム内の対人関係を円滑にするサポート
7)評価およびレビュー
