【仕事内容】
キッチン業務をおまかせします。
仕込み、串打ち、など順を追って担当していただきたいと思います。
もつ焼きの経験ある方なら、即戦力として活躍できます。
しっかりとした研修制度を用意しているので、未経験でも大丈夫。
じっくり腰をすえて、経験を積み、技術を身につけていただけます。

芝浦から毎日届く朝〆のお肉を、一つひとつ確認してから仕込みへ。
新鮮なものを丁寧に仕込み、お料理を作り上げていきます。

牛豚鳥をメインに低温調理含む様々な調理とおとんばでしか味わえない商品ばかりです
