【具体的には】
■職務内容:
庁舎、病院、体育館、ホール、学校等公共施設の新築や大規模改修、および電気・空調等の設備更新におけるプロポーザル案件において、企画・提案を行います。また、内閣府や文部科学省、国土交通省など中央省庁への情報発信や発注方式に悩む地方公共団体へのコンサルティング等、公共工事に関わる各種団体が抱える様々な課題の解決を支援しています。
※リピート、紹介、HPからのお問合せ等反響営業が中心です。テレアポや飛込みによるアプローチは行っていません。
■就業環境
入社時に貸与されるノートPCとiPhoneを使って、どこでも業務ができるセキュリティ環境を整えています。「出社は週1回以上」「顧客のプロジェクト最優先」というルールのもと、働く場所として自宅・オフィスをその都度選択でき、時にはシェアオフィスも活用しながら効率よく働くことが推奨されています。1日に出社している人数は全体の2割程度と、十分にテレワークが定着している会社です。顧客先で対面の打合せが必要な場合は多々ありますので、...

■ゼネコンや設計事務所にて、RC造/S造非住宅建築物における意匠設計業務の実務経験
■官公庁や地方自治体の入札に関する営業業務の実務経験(CM以外の入札も可)
■CM業界にて、営業やプロジェクトマネジメント業務の実務経験
