仕事内容


研究職

クリーンベンチにおける無菌操作。

核酸医薬脂質ナノ粒子製剤の調製。シリンジポンプを用いたマイクロ流路混合を行います。

ナノ粒子製剤の分析。粒子径測定(動的光散乱測定)、蛍光プレートリーダーを用いた各種物性分析

HPLC分析

研究支援業務。Excel, PowerPoint上でのデータ整理。

CROとのサンプル、データ授受に関する連絡や調整。研究試薬等の発注や輸出入手続き、清掃などのラボメンテナンス。

資格


必須経験

・クリーンベンチ内での無菌操作、細胞培養実験、マイクロピペット操作

・モル計算

・英文メールでのやりとり、英文プロトコルの読み解き、英文でのデータ整理

・Micosoft officeを用いたプロトコル作成、データ整理。

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金
