《主な業務》

・食事、入浴、排泄等の日常生活における身体介助

・創作活動や就労支援、運動機能訓練やウォーキング等、身体機能や生活能力の向上のために必要な援助

・利用者様の金銭管理

・利用者様のご自宅やグループホーム等の入所施設への送迎業務

・活動記録の記入や書類作成、事務作業、個別課題の教材準備等

【ある一日のスケジュール例】

・8:30 出社、ミーティング

・9:30~ 送迎 利用者様の自宅・入所事業所へお迎え

朝礼、利用者様のバイタルチェック

・10:00~ 絵画・造形・創作活動等

・12:00~ お昼休憩60分

・13:00~ レクリエーション活動

・15:30~ 利用者様と一緒に室内清掃

・16:00~ 送迎 利用者様の自宅・入所事業所へのお送り

・16:30~ 事務作業・教材準備

・17:30 退社

★普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

①8:30~17:30(休憩1時間)
