About the role
Assisting Guest Service Manager and the entire Concierge team on daily tasks, particularly guest interaction, in order to achieve guest satisfaction and record and follow up Glitch accordingly
What you will do
Ensure all local and corporate policies, works rules and benchmark standards are properly applied
Ensures that communication and coordination among all departments, with particular emphasis on the interaction between the concierge and Front Desk, Sales, housekeeping, Maintenance, Telephone, Security are smooth and efficient. Responsible for the provision of friendly and efficient service to all
guests.
Responds to the results of the consumer audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
Directs incoming guests to the check in area while offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying.
Ensures prompt and accurate delivery of guest's luggage 24 hours a day Maintains and cleans all equipment at Bell Desk to maintain a professional image.
Moves out of the counter and directs all guests and visitors to any of the hotel's facilities.
At times, assists to transport guest's luggage to their room in an efficient manner.
At times, escorts guests to their rooms, explaining all the in-house and room facilities.
At times, assist all guests with luggage storage, ensuring proper handling, storage, security, and procedures are followed.
Handles parcel wrapping.
Maintains a tidy lobby by checking the general cleanliness and tidiness of the sitting area and entrance.
Directs traffic in the hotel's driveway.
Ensures that the bell carts are kept clean, shiny, and orderly at all times.
Books taxis and answers inquiries from guests.
Prevents the entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons.
· Assists to open doors, welcome and greet guests and visitors
· Keeps main entrance and driveway neat at all times.
· Be fully aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.
· Liaises with the Front Desk on all large and VIP group movements, ensuring smooth handling of check-ins and check-outs.
· Works closely with other concierge personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
· Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What you bring
EDUCATION: High School education or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE: Preferred one year experience in related position with Four Seasons or other luxury hospitality brands

Eight-hour shift, must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume. (early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.)
