仕事内容


\ 事務未経験からスタートできる

営業事務のお仕事 /

お任せするのは、

営業担当をサポートする事務業務です。

専用フォーマットやシステムを使うので、

PCの基本操作ができればOK。

具体的には…

  • 見積作成(専用ソフト有)
  • 書類作成(フォーマットは有)
  • ファイリング・各種書類の管理
  • 受発注管理(受発注システム有)
  • メーカー問い合わせ依頼有り

最初は先輩スタッフがマンツーマンで指導

簡単な入力や書類整理から始め、

徐々にできることを増やしていけます。

PCの基本操作ができれば難しいスキルは不要。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:4週あたり160時間

8:30~17:30

実働8時間・休憩1時間

※多少残業有り

※勤務地は基本金町本社ですが、会社規定により三郷支店になることもあります。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 19万6160円 〜 22万円

固定残業代:なし
