損害保険会社から依頼を受ける
「自動車事故の調査(アジャスター業務)」
のバックオフィス業務全般をお任せします。
具体的な仕事内容
̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄
- 損害保険会社との連絡・問い合わせ対応
保険会社の担当者から届く調査依頼の受付や
進捗確認への回答を行います。
- 案件の采配(スケジュール調整)
新規の案件を、各アジャスターのエリアや
稼働状況に合わせて振り分けます。
効率的なルートを考えながら差配する
「司令塔」のような役割です。
- 請求管理・精算業務
完了した案件の調査費用を計算し、
保険会社へ請求データを作成・送付します。
- 報告書のチェック・管理
アジャスターが作成した報告書に
誤字脱字や漏れがないか確認し、
システムへ登録します。

事故当事者(加害者・被害者)との
直接のやり取りは一切ありません。

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代の総額
基本給:月給 24万6000円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり2万9000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり15時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
