RENOSYマーケットプレイス事業を中心に、国内外のグループ会社含めたデータマネジメント業務を行います。

【職務詳細】

・データ基盤の開発

・事業フェーズに応じた適切なSLO設定と監視・運用

・データ分析/マネジメントツールの導入によるデータ利用・管理の効率化

・データガバナンスを維持するための活動(PII管理、セキュリティ、...)

ツール選定や技術的なチャレンジについては裁量が与えられ、非連続に成長していく事業を支えるデータマネジメント活動を積極的に応援します。

【求める人材】

【必須】

[データエンジニアリング/データマネジメント]

・データマネジメント活動の推進

・データ基盤(※)の構築・運用経験(2年以上)、またはこれに準ずるシステム開発・運用の経験

※データインジェストからETL、BI/ReverseETLまで一連のパイプライン全体を指します

[インフラ管理]

・Terraform等のIaCツールを用いたリソースの構築・管理

・Docker等のコンテナ技術を用いた開発経験

[開発経験]

・CI/CDの実装経験

【給与】

年収:800万~1200万程度

年俸制:月額666666円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年俸制のためなし

昇給:年2回
