Key Responsibility 1: セールス
- 個人予算および店舗予算を達成する
- 顧客へ優れたサービスを提供することで、ブチェラッティのブランドイメージに責任をもつ
- 割引やギフトに関するガイドラインを徹底する
- VIP顧客へのトリートメントを実施する
- 会社の戦略や方針に沿ってデイリーオペレーションを確実に実行する
- ストーリーテリングを通じメゾンの歴史や作品について伝える
- ポップアップや催事等、自店舗以外での取り組みに参加し、設定予算を達成する。
Key Responsibility 2: ネットワークおよび新規顧客開拓
- 顧客ニーズやマーケットトレンドを予測・理解する
- ブティックでのイベントやPRアクティビティを提案する
- 既存顧客や見込み顧客を各種イベントへ招待し、顧客のアップグレードをする
- ポテンシャルの高い新規顧客を獲得する
Key Responsibility 3: 百貨店との関係構築
- 百貨店と十分なコミュニケーションをとる
- ポップアップや催事等に関する百貨店・オフィス部門とのコミュニケーションおよびオペレーションを実行する
Key Responsibility 4: ブティック
- ブティック内のウィンドウビジュアルのメンテナンスを実施する
- ブティックを整理整頓された美しい状態に維持する
- アフターセールスに関し十分なカスタマーサービスを提供する
- セキュリティポリシーを順守する
