「有休消化が当たり前の風土に驚きました。以前は休むことに罪悪感がありましたが、ここでは『しっかり休んでゆっくりしてきてね』と背中を押されます。連休を取って旅行に行き、そこで得た知識を接客に活かすことが出来ています
