仕事内容:

2025年4月グランドオープン予定。

ホテル1階に誕生する、パリのビストロの世界観を細部まで作り込んだデザイン性の高いお店で、オープニングキッチンスタッフを募集します。

パンの香りと料理の音に包まれたビストロのキッチンで、調理業務全般をお任せします。

日々の仕込みから盛り付けまで、一皿一皿を丁寧につくる仕事です。

主な業務内容

・仕込み作業(食材の下処理・準備)

・料理の盛り付け

・調理業務全般

・食材の管理・在庫チェック

経験やスキルに応じて、できることから少しずつお任せしますので、未経験の方も安心してください。

料理が好き、キッチンで働いてみたいという気持ちを大切にしています。

オープニングスタッフとして、

立ち上げから関われるため、仕込みの流れや段取り、味づくりの考え方までしっかり学べる環境です。

全員が同じスタートラインなので、意見やアイデアも出しやすく、チームでお店を作り上げていく実感があります。

素材と向き合いながら、

パリのビストロらしい料理と空気感を大切にした調理を学べる職場です。

【給与】

時給:1,150円(土日祝は +50円)

11~17時は、パンとビストロ料理を組み合わせたランチ・スイーツ。

17~22時は、王道のフレンチビストロメニューを提供します。

勤務時間・曜日:

≪シフト制≫

営業時間:6:00~23:00(最大8時間)

モーニング6:00〜14:00

ランチ11:00〜19:00

ディナー16:00〜23:00

※上記の勤務時間枠外でも構いません。
