仕事概要
募集背景 当社は、M&Aや新規事業開発を通じた急速な事業拡大フェーズにあります。契約書の管理など、法務事務の業務量が拡大傾向にあり、これまでの属人的な運用では対応しきれない場面も増えています。 そこで、日々の法務事務(契約書管理、押印、登記申請等)を確実に遂行しながら、現場の視点で「もっとこうすればスムーズになる」という業務改善を共に推進いただけるスタッフを募集します。 ご入社後に期待する成果 3ヵ月: 当社の法務事務フローを理解し、一通りのルーチン業務(契約管理・押印対応等)をミスなく正確に行える 半年〜1年: 既存ツールの活用やマニュアル作成を通じて、法務事務のスピードアップやミス防止に貢献する 職務内容 上場企業であるバイセルテクノロジーズの法務コンプライアンス部門において、部門における事務全般を支えていただくお仕事です。実務を正確に行えるようになった段階で、外部サービス等を使った業務改善にも関与いただきます。 法務関連実務 契約管理: 契約書の原本管理、製本、押印・電子署名等の対応等 事務手続: 知的財産権(商標等)や許認可の更新、行政への届出事務、請求書管理等 コンプライアンス支援: 反社チェックの実施・結果管理、稟議書の形式チェック等 コーポレート事務: 取締役会などの運営サポート、登記申請の書類準備(司法書士とのやり取り)等 業務フローの改善サポート マニュアル作成: 誰でも同じ精度で仕事ができるよう、業務手順書を整備する ITツール活用: 契約管理システムなどの入力・運用をスムーズにするための改善提案等 現場連携: 事業部門からの問い合わせに対し、スムーズな案内ができる体制づくり 組織/配属先の特徴 ・26年1月新設されたオペレーショングループへの配属となります。 ・レポートライン: グループマネージャー ・専門性の高いメンバーが揃っており、法務の実務スキルを基礎から磨ける環境です あなたに提供できる価値 実務スキルの高度化: 上場企業グループの複雑な契約管理や登記、内部統制の実務を経験できます。 改善経験の習得: 言われたとおりにやるだけでなく、「ツールの導入」や「フローの変更」といった仕組み作りに現場スタッフとして携われます。 キャリアパス ・法務オペレーションのスペシャリスト・チームリーダー ・パラリーガル(弁護士の業務補助) ・管理部門内の他領域(総務・内部統制など)へのキャリア拡大
必須スキル
・法務事務または総務事務の経験(2〜3年以上目安) ・契約書の製本、押印、管理などの一連の実務知識 ・正確かつスピード感を持ってルーチン業務をこなせる事務処理能力 ・Googleワークスペース、Slack等の基本的なITリテラシー
歓迎スキル
・契約管理システム(LegalForce、CloudSign等)の使用経験 ・「今のやり方は非効率だ」と感じ、改善案を周囲に相談できる方 ・宅地建物取引士やビジネス実務法務検定などの資格保有

給与
年収:350万円〜500万円 月額:¥250,000~¥340,000 給与には残業見込み25時間分を含みます (内訳:基本給202,000円~283,000円+職務手当48,000円~57,000円) 昇給/年2回 賞与/年2回
