仕事内容:

【業務内容】

デイサービスで、ご利用者の健康チェックや日常の見守りをお願いします。医療処置はほとんどなく、体調管理と笑顔での対応が中心。ブランクのある方や扶養内勤務希望の方にも働きやすい環境です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

9:00 出勤・申し送り

9:30 体調確認・バイタル測定

11:00 利用者見守り・会話対応

12:00 昼食・服薬サポート

13:30 午後のレクリエーション見守り

15:30 記録・翌日準備

16:30 退勤

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します

(実際に働いている方の例)

・土日に予定があるため、平日週5日勤務の方

・予定が突発的に入るため、フルシフトで働いている方

・日曜日を固定で休みにし、残り1日は希望休を毎月取得している方
