公営競技DXソリューション営業/プロジェクトリードーーーーーーー
国内最大級の競馬メディア「netkeiba」を運営するネットドリーマーズのテクノロジー/ノウハウを、公営競技(競馬・競輪等)の顧客サービスへ組み込み、DX推進と新たな価値創出をリードするポジションです。
主催者・施行者(地方自治体等)のパートナーとして、課題抽出からソリューション提案、プロジェクト推進まで一貫して担当いただきます。
【仕事内容】
■クライアント(地方競馬・地方競輪の主催者/施行者等)の課題ヒアリング
■自社WebサービスやITソリューションの企画提案営業(企画書・提案書作成含む)
■社内ディレクター・エンジニアと連携したプロジェクト推進(要件定義~進行管理)
■既存顧客とのリレーション構築・深耕営業
■KPI/KGI設定、施策実行、効果測定
■提案資料・見積作成、契約締結業務
■将来的な営業チームの戦略立案・マネジメント

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■提案型営業またはコンサルタント経験(3年以上)
■クライアント課題のヒアリング~提案資料作成~プレゼンの実務経験
■社内ディレクター/エンジニアと連携した案件推進経験
■Web広告、デジタルマーケティング、またはITソリューションの基礎理解
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■コンサルティング企業での就業経験(デロイト、アクセンチュア、Pwc、IBMなど)
■CLのアナログなやり方に対しDX推進やAI活用で業務効率化の提案などをリードした経験
■公営事業のマーケットポテンシャルにそそられる知的探究心ある方
■地方自治体・公共系クライアントへの提案営業経験(官公庁DX支援等)
■RFP(提案依頼書)対応の提案書作成・プレゼン経験
■複数部門・多様な関係者を巻き込むプロジェクトマネジメント経験
■自社サービスやソリューションの立ち上げ・改善経験
■データベース、CMS、Webサイト構築に関する基礎知識
