お仕事の内容

未経験スタートでも安心♪

研修の流れは以下に記載

ソフトバンクの商品やサービスを、

販売店にて、スマホやタブレットの操作案内、

料金プランのアドバイス業務をメインにお任せ致します。

→商品・マナー研修3~6カ月程度

(経験者の方は短縮可)

→スマートフォンやタブレットの操作方法サポート

→ご来店者様の接客や受付

→料金プランやサービスのご説明や受付

→機種変更等の携帯販売や各種設定等

個人の携帯キャリアの変更は問いません。

ドコモやエーユー(au)、楽天モバイル等、

その他携帯会社をお持ちの方もご応募下さい。

座学研修にて、商品や接客マナーの知識を習得

勤務時間・曜日:

10時~19時(8H稼働 / 休憩1H)

シフト制による週休2日制

給与:

→正社員:月給258,000円~358,000円スタート

(別途手当有り)

→試用期間:6ヶ月:235,000円 (経験に応じ短縮可)

ドコモショップやソフトバンクショップ、auショップ等の、

携帯ショップや量販店、インターネット回線のご案内業務等、

通信業界経験者の方の給与はご経験に応じ決定致します。
