■リノベーションデザインについて
スクラップ&ビルドが終わりを告げる現代で、重要になるのがオフィスビルのリノベーション事業。
オフィスビルリノベーションデザインでは、その ビルの資産価値を向上させ、ビルオーナーと入居者の両方に喜ばれる空間を作り上げます。
建物の顔であるエントランス・共用部、外壁などデザインの幅が大きい部門の設計に携わります。
案件によっては、ビル1棟全体のリノベーションをお任せ頂くことも。金額・規模ともに大きい仕事にチャレンジできます。
■仕事の流れ
<初回訪問・ヒアリング>
営業とともにお客様先に訪問し、お客様の抽象的なイメージを具体的な提案に繋げられるよう、移転の背景やデザインの要望、思いを伺います。

<図面作成・プレゼン準備>
ヒアリング内容を元に、図面、プレゼン資料の作成を行います。プレゼン資料は営業と共同で行いますが、デザインイメージやコンセプトの作成はデザイナーが中心となって動きます。
↓
<お客様へのプレゼン>
営業と一緒に提案資料を持って訪問し、コンセプトやデザインの意図をお伝えします。
↓
<工事・引き渡し>
プレゼンの結果お仕事を受注したら、工事が始まります。現場の管理は施工管理部門や営業がメインで行ないますが、デザイン性の高い施工箇所など、必要に応じてデザイナーが現場で職人に直接指示を出します。

お客様の要望を汲み取った上で、広い裁量権でデザインすることができます。
具体的なイメージまでは持てていないお客様には要件整理から携わり、ヒアリングした内容をもとにコンセプトからご提案します。

■年収例:600万円~750万円(30歳~39歳例)
■月給例:375,000円~468,000円(30歳~39歳例)
※うち57,000円~100,700円/月は業務手当として支給
※業務手当:月30時間分の時間外勤務手当(割増含む)
