【期待する役割】

同社のインターン採用担当として以下のような業務をお任せしたいと考えています。

【業務内容】

  • インターンシップ採用施策の企画・設計

・職種別要件定義と戦略策定

  • 母集団形成

・各種求人媒体の選定・運用

・その他求人媒体以外の母集団形成施策の立案と実行

  • 選考・候補者管理

・面接・面談

・選考中候補者の進捗管理

  • インターン生採用イベント・エンジニアコミュニティの企画・運営

※インターン採用における採用職種は、エンジニアが8〜9割、1〜2割がビジネス職となります。

【体制について】

採用グループは、中途採用担当5名、インターン採用担当2名で構成されていますが、DX Solution事業本部、AI SaaS事業本部両事業部の責任者とタッグを組んで採用を進めています。

  • エンジニアとしての実務経験(経験年数不問)

※現時点での採用実務の経験は問いません採用実務の進め方については、既存のインターン採用担当が独り立ちまで伴走します。
