・厳格なフードコストの管理
・チームビルディング、従業員のトレーニング、育成など
・French cuisine and All Day Dining food production including buffet food.
・Maintain accurate recipes, conversion recipes, profit charts, and product specifications.
・Managing culinary productivity and consistency
・Strict control of food costs
・Team building, employee training and development, etc.
Qualifications
・ホテルのフレンチレストランの経験
・ブッフェ料理の経験
・チームと密接に連携し、日々のオペレーションを行うことができる
・季節や特別なプロモーションの作成と推進をサポートできる
・ゲスト中心の思考がもてる方
・大きなチームで、高いプレッシャーのもとで働くことができる
・In charge of the French Kitchen Operations in the hotel
・Experience in Buffet restaurant
・Work closely with the team on the daily operation
・Support the creation and drive of seasonal and special promotions

・Able to work in a large team and under high pressure・Demonstrated leadership in teamwork, communication, and motivation
