事業内容について
デジタルマーケティング事業部は、次世代型ASP「PRESCO」を運営し、クライアントのデジタルマーケティングを総合支援を行っています。
マーケティングデータやデジタル技術を活用し、広告パフォーマンスの最大化/最適化を実現することによりクライアントの事業成長へ直接的に貢献します。
また事業運営にもデジタル技術を用いており、社員が高付加価値業務に集中できる環境を構築し、広告代理店業界のニュースタンダードを目指しています。
採用背景
クライアントへの支援範囲を拡大するために、クリック課金型広告チームをゼロから立ち上げるメンバーを募集します。
個別で対応している案件を類型化・仕組化しチームを組成していただきます。
業務内容
クリック課金型広告チームの立上げをプレイングマネージャーとして網羅的にご担当いただきます。
⑴事業戦略の策定・実行
- 市場分析及びクライアント業界ごとの広告戦略企画
- 事業KGI、KPIの設計、実行、管理
- 事業競争力の強化、施策検討・実行
⑵営業・クライント戦略
- 既存クライアントの広告パフォーマンス最適化及びリレーション強化
- 新規クライアントのプランニング(※提案営業活動の支援)
- 広告予算の拡大提案、メディアプランニングの提案
⑶オペレーション管理
- 運用戦略の設計・管理・実行支援
- 広告パフォーマンスの分析・改善
- マネジメント・育成
⑷事業構造の改善
- ワークフローの見直し・改善・標準化
- テクノロジーを活用した高付加価値化及び業務自動化、効率化

‐基本給+業務手当:382,500〜475,000
‐役職手当:0〜75,000
‐住宅手当:30,000〜100,000

※業務手当は月45時間相当の固定残業代
※年収には目標標準達成時の成績賞与(2回/年)を含む
※その他、業績に応じて業績賞与(1回/年)が別途支給される場合あり
