仕事内容


しまなみ造船所内にて、

船の塗装前一塗装後の

「品質チェック」業務を

お願いします

※塗装業務は発生しません

今回ご入社いただく方には

新しく作る船(新造船)の塗装検査業務

及び品質管理業務をお任せいたします

塗装前検査:

サビやほこりなどの異物が除去され、

塗装が綺麗にできる状態に

なっているか

塗装後検査:

膜厚(塗料の厚み)や塗装状態が

適性になっているかの検査

(膜厚計、温湿度計などの

計測機器を使用)

午前:6時40分に集合場所

(今治造船本社工場)に到着後、

しまなみ造船に向かう。

8時に作業開始。

塗装後の膜厚チェックが

主な作業です

午後:塗装前の下地処理後の

チェックを実施

翌日:再度、塗装後の品質チェック

入社後は、先輩について回っていただき

基本の業務から覚えていただきます

これまでも異業種からの中途入社も多く

半年から1年位で一通りの仕事が

できるようになります
