大手物流会社での自動車整備士

【仕事内容】


自社業務車両の整備・車検管理を行っていただきます。

全て自社車両なので、自分が整備した車両の整備後の状態も完全に把握でき、じっくり整備に取り組めます。

※現在保有台数は、1t~10tトラック・営業車両など約160台。

  • 一目置かれる整備士

車両に関する意見をドライバーから直接聞けるのは自社車両ならでは

ドライバーの運転技能が車の寿命や安全性に関わるので、ドライバーへの指導も重要なお仕事。

ドライバーをはじめ、社内外から尊敬を集めているのが、当社の整備士です。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

<毎日のメイン業務>

・3ケ月点検やオイル交換

<その他整備>

・夏季、冬季およびパンク時のタイヤ交換

・緊急修理対応

・車検対応業務

  • 全メーカー車を保有

社用車は基本的に三菱自動車製ですが、各メーカーとのつながりもあり、

【応募資格】


要運転免許(大型・中型・普通)

自動車整備士3級以上

重機整備の経験者歓迎

※建設機械整備技能士資格があればなお良し

年齢・性別は問いません。

8:30~17:30(休憩60分/実働8時間)

業務車両が休む、土・日・祝日は基本的に出勤となりますので、平日で休みを調整いたします。

※3段階のステージと14のグレードに分け、能力に応じて1グレードにつき1,000円~10,000円昇給します。

基本給18万5千円+一律諸手当(皆勤2万円+無事故2万円+整備資格手当1万円)

+別途/固定残業手当71000円(40時間分)※3級整備士の場合

【その他車検作業手当】

・40,000円

※基本給は能力により185,000円~300,000円の幅で決定します。
