【業務内容】

不動産投資を中心に、太陽光投資や個人向け投資など、多角的な資産運用サービスを提供している会社にて、

都内の中古ワンルームマンションを主とした投資用物件の営業や販売を担当し、オーナー様の資産運用をサポートしていただきます。

※経験者の方には即戦力として活躍いただき、既存顧客のフォローや新規開拓をお任せします。

また、物件購入後の賃貸管理も行うため、入居者募集や物件管理なども一貫してサポートします。

当社では、取引が終わった後も長期的にオーナー様と関わり、安心して資産運用を続けていただけるようサポート体制を充実させています。

収益計画に基づき、オーナー様の不安や疑問にお答えし、信頼関係を築くことを大切にしています。

高い顧客満足度が実現できているため、新規顧客の紹介やリピート率も高くなっています。

成約内容に応じて歩合給が支給され、個人目標を達成すると追加のインセンティブもあります。

・フレックスタイム制で柔軟に働ける:9:00〜21:00の間で好きな時間に勤務できます。

・未経験でも月給28万円スタート:学歴不問、業界未経験もOK

・年間休日120日以上でプライベートも充実:完全週休2日制なのでしっかり休めます。
