お仕事内容


互助会のご案内を行っていただきます。

【具体的には】

・結婚式、お葬式のご相談

・満期になられたお客様へのお知らせ

・新しいプランの案内

・新規のお客様へのご案内

など

既存のお客様へのご対応や

新規のお客様への営業をお願いします。

上記のほか、会館の見学会を行ったり

サテライト店舗でイベントを開催することも。

頑張りはしっかりインセンティブとして還元されるので

モチベーション高く働いていただけます

給与


月給13万3600円+手当

  • 昇給あり

・見習手当あり/月1万~3万円

※インセンティブを獲得するまでの保全として支給

※入社してからの月数により変動

入社2・3ヶ月目/3万円

入社4・5ヶ月目/2万円

入社6・7ヶ月目/1万5000円

入社8・9ヶ月目/1万円

<その他、各種手当>

・募集手当、職能給手当、口数達成手当(3口から)など

※すべて正社員登用後に支給

【月給例】

23万2600円(38歳、入社2年目)

・試用期間あり(1ヶ月)

※本部にて座学研修を実施

※条件:月給13万3600円、11:00~15:00の4時間勤務
