【仕事内容】
【スーパーゼネコンの大成建設グループ】施工管理職は5大管理(品質・行程・安全・原価・環境)を行い、管轄の工事をマネジメントをする仕事になります。
【スーパーゼネコンの大成建設グループ】全国各地の建設現場において、土木施工管理の経験を活かした業務をお任せします。
現場での工程管理、品質管理、安全管理はもちろん、経験の浅いスタッフへの技術指導や知見の継承も重要な役割となります。
【具体的には】
- 全国各地の建設現場における土木施工管理業務
- 若手スタッフへの技術指導や知見の継承
- 現場の工程管理、品質管理、安全管理などの業務 等をお任せいたします。
【配属について】
工事統轄部の配属となります。
入社後すぐではございませんが、ゆくゆくは転勤または長期出張がございます。
【工事案件についての補足】
- 同社が抱える案件の8割は、親会社である大成建設の案件です。
- 案件としては、基礎工事・耐震補強工事が中心となります。その他、トンネル/橋梁/
道路などのリニューアル工事、地盤改良、環境関連工事などもございます。※ご経験に応じて、担当する案件を決定します。比較的工期が短い(平均6か月程)工事となります。
- 案件の多くは関東、愛知、関西が中心です。基本的には短期出張感覚で業務に当たって頂きます。なお地域限定職は設けておりません。

- 勤怠管理は、PCログによる客観的な労働時間の把握をしています。

想定年収:600万円~710万円(例:30歳~54歳)想定月収:309,500円~373,000円(例:30歳~54歳)※時間外手当:全額支給※年収は経験やスキルに応じて決定します。賞与あり:年2回(合計3.5ヶ月分)昇給あり:年1回(~2.00%)※前年度実績あり

建設業や他産業を支えるための大型特殊機械を設計製造しています。お客様のオーダーや建設現場に特化して、設計製造等をしているため「世界に1つだけの機械」をつくっています。
